Specialist Software Engineer
We seek a Specialist Software Development Engineer for our Huntsville, AL location.
The Huntsville based software team's primary responsibility is to develop innovative, reliable and affordable real-time embedded control software used for defense propulsion systems.
Our team also provides support to space propulsion systems on an as needed basis.
As a key contributor under the general guidance of a project team lead, you will have hands on opportunities to shape the next generation of defense propulsion systems.
This career opportunity will challenge you to tackle complex design problems in a rapid paced, laboratory development environment.
As a member of the software development team your regular duties will include contributing to the production of software requirements, design, implementation, and test for avionics embedded systems.
This position may include the opportunity to support live hot fire rocket motor tests at one of our test facilities.
